013A Race Displays Rated Novice H'dle
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bon Viveur, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have coughed once while being examined but was otherwise post race normal.
T. Power Roche, rider of Chase The Moon, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was outpaced in the back straight.
013C Navan H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed Kevin Healy, rider of Sa Fureur, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Kevin Healy accepted he was in breach of the regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found Kevin Healy was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and in considering his record in this regard (third offence) they suspended him for nine racedays.
Subsequently, the Raceday Stewards received a report from IHRB Veterinary Officer accompanied with photographic evidence. Evidence was heard from Kevin Healy and IHRB Veterinary Officer. Kevin Healy accepted he was in breach of the regulation. Having considered the evidence Raceday Stewards found Kevin Healy was in breach of R.10.3 (f) (force) and in considering his record in this additional category regarding whip offences (third offence) they suspended him for a further eight racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.W. Flanagan, rider of Hgranca De Thaix (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. S.W. Flanagan accepted he was in breach of the regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found S.W. Flanagan was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and in considering his record in this regard (first offence) they suspended for two racedays.
E. Walsh, rider of Catch The Beast, trained by Edward Cawley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
013D Ardmulchan H'cap H'dleD.J. O'Connor, rider of Teescomponentsyess, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the back straight.
013E QuinnBet Beginners S'chaseThe Raceday Stewards requested a report from W.P. Mullins, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Joystick (FR), placed first, as compared with its recent form. Mr. P.W. Mullins, Authorised Representative for W.P. Mullins, was unable to offer any explanation other than to highlight the horses inconsistent profile. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content.
013F Gormanlough H'cap S'chaseJ.C. Gainford, rider of North Of Nashville, trained by Colin Bowe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
T. Power Roche, rider of Plain Or Battered, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jinked at the wing of the second last fence.
